• Vikram Sarabhai also set up the first market research organisation in the country .

• Vikram along with his wife Mrinalini Sarabhai founded Darpana academy of performing arts .

Vikram Sarabhai greatest contribution was the project which he started for the fabrication and launch of an Indian satellite,Due to which ,the first Indian satellite,Aryabhata , was put in orbit in 1975 from a Russian Cosmodrome .
